1. Who we are

Summa (“Summa”, “we”, “us”) operates the website summa.shop and is building software for independent online sellers. The service is currently in private development and available only to invited early-access participants.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing summa.shop or participating in our early-access program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

3. The service

Summa provides tools that let sellers create an online storefront, list products, accept payments, and manage orders. During early access, features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Payments

Payments made through Summa are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual property

The Summa name, logo, website, and software are our property or licensed to us. Content you upload to your shop remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the early-access service at any time. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
